We met MaryAnn Cruz at an 'open house' and her presentation/demeanor made the difference in our choice of a realtor. She spent about 3 weeks trying to find us our dream home in Hayward. She was incredibly patient and encouraged us to not rush into a home that didn't meet the list of things we were after. When we finally found a home we liked within those 3 weeks, she guided and navigated us through the home purchasing process and 2 weeks later we were at the escrow/settlement table. MaryAnn was a joy to work with. She was so well organized and always made sure all the I's were dotted and all the T's. crossed in the Docusigns. MaryAnn is the absolute best in the business - I could not have done this without her guidance and help! She is amazingly professional and exceptional in her work, and without her I would not have been able to get through this process. Naturally, buying your first home comes with a lot of anxiety and sleepless nights - luckily, I had MaryAnn on my side who truly listened, helped, and made sure that I was in the best position possible throughout the whole process. The selling agent made the process much harder than necessary, but because I had MaryAnn on my side I had nothing to worry about. She helped explain every single question I had, and her communication made everything as easy as it could have been. If I could give her 20 stars out of 5, I would -I highly recommend her to my network and friends and anyone reading this review. There's no way I could've done this without her, and there's no one else I'd use for my future home buying/selling processes.

MaryAnn became my realtor by demonstrating a desire to work with me, showcasing a strong knowledge of the community and price points, and being incredibly proactive and diligent in trying to find me the kind of property I was looking for. She listened to my needs, provided valuable insight into the housing market, and worked extremely hard to find my property. I used her again for my next home purchase and for the sale of my first purchase. I like working with her because I know she'll really listen to my needs and is someone whom I can bounce ideas off of to figure out what's possible and realistic. I also really appreciate her knowledge of the area and connections. The only reason we found my second home (the home of my dreams) is because she knew where new construction was happening and she knew the person working the front office. She was able to connect with them and get me a decent price within my price-point. As long as I'm in the Bay Area, I will always use MaryAnn for my real estate needs, and I will highly recommend her to anyone I know who is in the market to buy/sell property.
